Booking Policy

1. Services Provided

All reservations made through our website, via email and whatsapp include the following services:

  • Pickup & Drop-off at the agreed points, at the agreed times
  • Meet & Greet at the pick-up point
  • During the transfer with our air-conditioned vehicles we offer
    – Bottle of water for each passenger
    – Free WiFi onboard
  • Delivery to your accommodation
2. Payments & Charges

Online Bookings: For online bookings, there is the option of paying via PayPal or Cash on the day of the transfer

Bookings via email & WhatsApp: Βookings made in this way can be paid in cash on the day of the transfer

Additional Charges: For transfers that pick-up time is between 23:00 – 07:00, there is an additional charge of €15 per vehicle per route. For online bookings, this cost is included in the final amount of the booking as presented on our website.

3. Reservation Changes & Cancellations

Reservation Date/Time Change: If you wish to change the date or time of your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible, via email or WhatsApp.

Changes to existing reservations may result in additional charges depending on the new date and time of pick-up. You will be informed of any additional charges by our staff during the change process.

Reservation Cancellation

For reservations paid via PayPal, cancellation can be made free of charge up to 14 days before the pick-up date. Otherwise, the amount paid will not be refunded.

For reservations that have been selected as a payment method Cash or have been made via email or WhatsApp, please inform us as soon as possible, in order to update the availability of our vehicles.

4. Last Minute Bookings

All bookings must be made at least 24 hours prior to pick-up time. In case you require a last minute transfer please contact us via WhatsApp
